FRIGIDARIUM
A CABIN BELOW ZERO
When designing large or showcase spa centres, original technologies such as the frigidarium are very popular and appreciated. The frigidarium, also known as the polar cabin, reaches temperatures below freezing. Unlike the Finnish sauna, a frigidarium provides an alternation of heat and cold, which reduces stress and stimulates the body and mind. Inside a polar cabin you can simply take a break, sitting on the benches to cool the body, or massage yourself with ice from the fountain of ice flakes.
COLD SYSTEM
The frigidarium is built with double insulation to avoid all dispersion, including of energy. The cold entering the polar cabin is misted in a professional-grade chiller, reaching a minimum temperature of -10°C, which makes the treatment inside this cabin as extreme as the one in the sauna. The frigidarium has important benefits, as it hyperstimulates the immune and nervous systems.
