Falkensteiner Resort

The project created for Falkensteiner Hotel Salò was developed within a high-end hospitality property overlooking Lake Garda, in a setting where wellness becomes an integral part of the guest experience.

Carmenta designed a complete wellness area, created to offer guests a structured journey through heat, steam, relaxation and sensory treatments.

The project includes:

• panoramic Finnish sauna
• kids sauna
• bio sauna
• steam bath
• rassoul
• heated massage bed
• heated relaxation seat

Every environment was designed to meet the needs of a contemporary hospitality facility, where the spa is no longer just an additional service, but a central element of the guest’s perceived value.

The panoramic Finnish sauna is one of the most distinctive elements of the project: a spacious, bright environment overlooking the outdoors, where the warmth of wood meets the surrounding landscape.

Alongside the main sauna, the kids sauna introduces a more inclusive approach to wellness, designed to make the experience accessible to families as well, in line with the hospitality concept of the property.

The bio sauna offers a gentler and more gradual heat experience, while the steam bath and rassoul complete the wellness journey with spaces dedicated to steam, rituality and sensory wellbeing.

Special attention was also given to the relaxation areas, with the inclusion of a heated massage bed and a heated relaxation seat, designed to accompany guests during the recovery phases between treatments.

The result is a complete, elegant and functional spa, designed to operate continuously within a professional hospitality environment and to offer a coherent, memorable wellness experience, perfectly integrated with the identity of the hotel.
