Villa Magna
Benessere privato nel cuore della Toscana
The project created for Villa Magna, in Villamagna, near Florence, was developed inside a villa dedicated to high-end short-term rentals, surrounded by the Tuscan hills.
In an architectural setting defined by natural materials, stone, light and Mediterranean greenery, Carmenta designed a wellness area created to enrich the guest experience and turn the stay into a moment of authentic wellbeing.
The project includes a bespoke Finnish sauna with warm and enveloping wooden interiors, ergonomic benches and integrated lighting, together with a steam bath with clean, essential lines, white benches, stone-effect wall finishes and soft perimeter lighting.
Every space was designed to dialogue with the style of the villa, maintaining a careful balance between comfort, aesthetics and technical functionality.
Creating a private spa inside a villa dedicated to short-term rentals is now a highly valuable element in the residential hospitality sector.
A tailor-made wellness area can significantly increase the perceived quality of the property, offering guests an exclusive and distinctive service.
In the Villa Magna project, particular attention was given to the choice of materials, the distribution of spaces and the overall atmosphere of the wellness area.
The Finnish sauna creates a warm and natural experience, where wood, light and the proportions of the benches contribute to a sense of comfort and relaxation.
The steam bath, on the other hand, was designed as a bright and contemporary environment, with linear seating, soft lighting and surfaces selected to ensure hygiene, durability and ease of management.
The result is an elegant and functional private spa, perfectly integrated into the setting of the villa and designed to offer guests a complete, intimate and memorable wellness experience.
