Hotel Silena

Carmenta designed and installed 11 Finnish saunas for the suites of Hotel Silena in South Tyrol.

Hotel Silena offers a unique hospitality concept, blending the traditions of Alto Adige with Southeast Asian rituals — reflecting the passions of the two owners, who wished these influences to be expressed throughout the property. Special attention is given to wellness, nature, and balance of the soul.

Inside 11 suites, Finnish saunas were carefully designed and installed. The chosen Carmenta collection for these cabins is the Country Collection, finished in Spruce wood and fully painted black. This color, together with the finishes and details, harmonizes perfectly with the suite interiors and the overall property: modern, minimalist, and design-oriented.

In each suite, the design emphasizes views of the surrounding nature, supporting the hotel’s philosophy. The black finish was selected to bring modernity and a contemporary design touch to the Country saunas, which traditionally have a more rustic and classic appearance.

This Hotel Silena project was carried out in close collaboration with the architectural firm, the hotel owners, and our expert designers, ensuring a space that is fully balanced and aligned with the hotel’s ideas and philosophy.
