Carmenta’s Bio Sauna combines traditional sauna heritage with the comfort of a gentler environment: operating at around 65 °C with approximately 45% humidity, it allows for longer and more accessible sessions.
Humidity is precisely regulated (through a heater equipped with dedicated evaporation/infusion elements) to maintain the microclimate below thermal discomfort levels, ensuring an enveloping yet non-intense wellness experience.
Ideal for spas and wellness centers, the Carmenta Bio Sauna welcomes guests seeking a regenerating and relaxing treatment without the higher temperatures of a Finnish sauna.

Carmenta’s Bio Sauna is crafted using high-quality natural woods such as Abachi, Hemlock, or Thermowood, selected for their thermal resistance and dimensional stability.
The interior can be customized with horizontal or vertical slats and ergonomic Abachi benches, a material that always remains pleasantly cool to the touch.
The supporting structure is built with 42 mm sandwich panels and 40 mm PET insulation, ensuring excellent thermal and acoustic performance.
A 10 mm tempered glass door with hydraulic hinges completes the design, providing elegance, solidity, and user comfort.
Every material is chosen to create a natural and welcoming environment, where the moderate heat and controlled humidity of the bio sauna find their perfect aesthetic and functional setting.
